I agree it's cyclical. I agree that Favre is a great quarterback, but
I think it's a stretch to think that he is the best of all time.Plus, there's always the possibility that the coach leaves. Cowboys are down, 49ers are slipping, but I don't think the Pack is as strong as everyone thinks. Remember they gave up 30 to Carolina. As far as Dallas goes, spare players in a weak division!

Top teams will always lose players each year.

Packers rushing attack is a question also, further reinforcing the thought if BF get sidelined.

GB has beat Dallas only once so far in the 90's, doesn't bode well!

I agree with some of what you say. But don't be a homer like me and think your team can't fall from grace.

I've been here all along....just watching!

Regards

HFB

Jeffy,,,you are are homer...probably a homely homer too...that's why your a Cubbies fan....LOL..why do you think the 49ers aren't very strong with the top rated Q-B of all time Steve Young...Tell me how many times in the last 18 years have the 49ers NOT made the playoffs?
Did you know the 49ers won more than 100 games in the 80's and they're also going to do the same in the 90's..No team is even close to that...During this period the Rams where strong (80's) and the Saints (late 80's and early 90's)
While you guys where playing in the weakest division in football the last 20 years..The Bears had their couple of years in the mid 80's but "das ist alles mein Freund" To me it wasn't the Black and Blue division but the "Pee You" division...
You guys better hope the Farve doesn't get hurt cause you ain't got any kind of running game..Looking forward to seeing you guys in about a month.....

BTW Jeff, Congratulations, you beat me this week in the pool only because I went against my gut to go with TB last night. I should've known better especially since I'm from the Detroit area. Anyways, Good job and see at the top next week.

Oh and FYI, I should still be the overall leader, if I was able to get my picks in the week I was on Vacation <ggggg>.
