IGHS Medical Software that links hospital records and statistics between hospitals via internet. Software is excellent and they have started getting multi-million dollar contracts. They tendered a rather attractive offer to buy out GBIT which is a NASDAQ listing that provides hardware, cabeling, etc.. A very good fit Appears as though merger is a done deal based on the silence by GBIT. Rumor of other hot news and so far these rumors always pan out. Merge with GBIT makes them a NASDAQ company. They will be absorbed by GBIT and listed even though they are the ones tendering offer. Offer included warrant rights 1 share on the merger, 1 share at 3 with 12 months, and 1 share at 5 within 24 months. Small float and an obvious short position by ALEX, they continue to try and dominate the inside BA. Strung very tight. ANy buying sends it up fast..... Expect it to hit 4 this week and 6-8 with 30 days
