Robert, I was under the impression that there were "only" 100 MM shares authorized, how can they issue more than the authorized level without stockholders approval? Are Canadian rules different then US rules? And, to the extent that a company issue shares traded in the US don't they have to abide by US rules in this respect?

Thanks, I was still thinking 85 million. Jay dont sound that happy either,

THERMO TECH TECHNOLOGIES - As I said in my last message, I
have been very disappointed about a lack of follow up information from the
management of Thermo Tech Technologies. If change is not effected over
the next short while, I expect to support the efforts now underway aimed at
improving the management of this company. The company's Annual General
Meeting is scheduled for October 30, 1998.
