Audited 96 is on website... I just checked the website. Audited 1996 financials posted on the website. They must have had problems with the full 17 pages as Freddie mentioned, since the web page ends with the following: "By 10/2 you will be able to download the complete 1996 audited financial statements and included footnotes." firamadainc.com JillTaylor
