NEWS - posted below for comments: Internet Media Seeks New Funding PR Newswire - September 28, 1998 13:21 BATON ROUGE, La., Sept. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Internet Media Corporation (OTC Bulletin Board: USRF) announced today that it had terminated its private offering of securities, after raising $340,000. The total funding received by USRF fell short of the $600,000 offering maximum. USRF continues to pursue other sources of funding; no commitment for additional funding has yet to be secured.
