After a quick read through the 8-K, it would appear that there is finally a road map for how this transaction will move forward. ESVS shareholders meeting is expected to occur 20 Nov 98. At the meeting a vote will be held to approve the conversion of the preferred shares to common shares. The board is to recommend approval. ESVS should register the shares by the end of January. ZULU should distribute them by the end of February, which would be in time for the 1 March 99 date mentioned in the last 8-K. BF
