Is that fair? Are you serious? Do you think God would do that to us, to exclude those who don't know the Qu'ranic language from getting the true meaning?

I never said you couldn't get its true meaning. I said to get an appreciation for its prose and superiority. Do you think it's fair that we learn about God through the writings of men? Why wouldn't God just speak directly to us?

Didn't it say a prophet speaking with Satanic influence?

No, it didn't and I don't know why you continue saying it did. It said the Prophet would speak the revelation from God but that Satan would throw falsehood into it which God cancelled. There was no satanic influence.

? Some of us have to rely on translation, and if there are these translational differences, how are we ever to know the truth?

Are you serious? Does the Bible not have 10,000 translations? How many do we have in English? KJV? RSV? NIV? The Jehovah's Witness Bible? All having minor difficulties and stating things different ways. You're comparing translations to each other. How one translator chose to say the same thing. As I said before, you can be sure both were reading from identical Arabic. I can make the claim that no one has touched the Qur'an, altered it, etc. in 1400 years.

Peace be unto you,
Norris
