Jack,

I would find it hard to fathom frank selling after Jan. The original discussions regarding his selling were from awhile ago. This issue was taken up today by L Michael, as he referenced a post of mine from May.

L Michael attempted to say that I defamed ftel by this quote of mine below. Be aware this was made in May.

>>>>>"One other curiosity is, why did or does Frank etal sell shares in Ftel while in the midst of their Nasdaq application for listing ????? No Storms here" <<<<<

Please explain what part of the above statement was an unfair or untrue evaluation. By the way, for the record, I did refer at that time to the shares that had been sold prior to Jan. as that was and is the only public info available. Any other references to selling that were made today, seems to be an attempt to cloud the issue.

Regards,

Tom
