8k contains no news at all (with the exception of the change in legal counsel and who gives a damn about that!), just a rehash of what TT had said in previous releases. Still nothing on financials, third party verification and so on, not even a clarification of BD's mandate, if there is still one. From it, it is obvious that the rumour about somebody paying for third party verification was false. Nobody is paying and no work has gone on so far. If anything, the tone of this one is even more cautious and pessimistic than the last one. if the tone is the news, then the next release will announce that GE has gone belly up. Nothing indicates that there is a hint of the beginning of a chance of anything improving. No reason to stay in much longer. Guess I will sell my shares shortly. Michel
