Interesting; A general increase in share price before the 8-k, then bang, 8-k comes out and price drops. Not a very flattering 8-k, yet very SEC friendly. My question to you all is; why the sudden price increase earlier, and who was responsible for purchasing those earlier shares? TIA

I heard that no one major could afford to buy the whole thing, so they're going to break it up into smaller sections so several majors will only have to come up with a few billion apiece.
