Jim,
This is the first time I am hearing that Bala (CFO) is resigning. Where did you get this info? Clearly, there is a management turmoil at VLSI. This typically spells disaster!! It will be a long time before "BIG" investors start looking at this stock. Also, management problems WILL (or HAVE) surely affected the marketing of VLSI products. This is bad.
