Hi Bill et al.;

Investors following the Western Greenland diamond play which currently
involves such companies as Aber, DiaMet, Platinova, Lexam, Fjiordland,
DeBeers and others, have a new and exciting company to
watch...CopperHill Corporation.

CopperHill has 5 prospective diamond properties situated in the
northernmost part of Labrador , and 2 properties in the North West
Territories, which together host a total of 8 ultramafic lamprophyre
dykes. For the past two years, the company has been actively, but quietly
engaged in exploring these properties. These dykes were staked because
of their strategic location between the known diamond discoveries in
North-Eastern Quebec (Digonnet et al.1997 reported finding a gem quality
macro-diamond within one of the Ungava Bay properties), and Western
Greenland. Digonnet et. al. concluded from their extensive research that
there was "a large scale kimberlitic province near the different shear
zones in North-Eastern Quebec, Northern Labrador, and South-West
Greenland.

Yesterday's press release, available at copperhillcorp.com shows that
the company has been actively pursuing exploration in an effort to prove
up the prospectivity of these properties. The ultramafic dykes in both
Greenland and North-Eastern Quebec have proven to be diamondiferous, and
with CopperHill's properties "wedged between" these two areas of similar
geology, the potential of one or more of the company's dykes to host
diamonds is excellent.Investors new to the geologic history of this area
need to be aware that Northern Labrador was once physically joined to
Western Greenland, but is now separated by the Davis Strait.

While the West Greenland diamond play is still in its infancy stage,
there are many companies conducting exploration programs, and many
investors are anticipating that we will soon hear of additional
discoveries of diamonds in the area.Newsletter writer Bob Bishop is
among the many investors looking to the West Greenland play to be a
potentially rewarding investment opportunity.

Once investors recognize the geological link between West Greenland and
Northern Labrador(both areas are part of the North Atlantic Craton), and
begin to view both areas with similar reward potential, CopperHill
Corporation, with its 8 strategically located ultramafic dykes, will
quickly become one of the most closely watched companies in the region.

Investors wishing to take a closer look at this company's choice
properties in the diamond play, or to look at it's many other
properties, are invited to visit the company's website at:
copperhillcorp.com. CopperHill trades on the Canadian Dealing Network
with the
symbol CUHL.

For Copper Hill Corporation - Re: Exploration Update:
Diamond Exploration, Labrador-NWT

ST. JOHN'S, NEWFOUNDLAND--

Ultramafic Lamprophyre Dykes Mapped And Sampled

Copper Hill Corporation ("CUHL") is pleased to announce
preliminary results from its 1998 diamond exploration program in
northernmost Labrador - Northwest Territories. In late 1996 -
early 1997, CUHL staked four claim blocks in northern Labrador,
north of 60 degrees, covering five ultramafic lamprophyre dykes.
CUHL is also the beneficial owner of two claim blocks in the
Northwest Territories on Killinik Island which cover three more
ultramafic lamprophyre dykes. The rationale for staking the claims
is the perceived potential of these dykes to be diamondiferous.
These dykes are geologically correlative with known diamondiferous
kimberlites in western Greenland and also with dykes in the
Proterozoic mobile belt of the Abloviak Shear Zone of Quebec, some
100 km to the SW, from which a gem-quality macrodiamond has been
recovered.

During the 1998 exploration program, seven of the eight dykes were
mapped and sampled. CUHL chartered the M.V. "Yannis" to assist in
accessing these sites and to serve as its mobile field camp.
Stream sediment and soil samples were also collected through the
claim blocks in the region of the dykes to further define the
extent of potential diamond indicator minerals. Two of the dykes
were observed to contain conspicuous garnet macrocrysts and one
had an apparent pipe-blowout form. The collected samples are being
prepared for analysis to prove a possible kimberlitic link and
also to examine the compositions and significance of the diamond
indicator minerals. Results of these assays will be reported as
soon as they become available.

development at copperhillcorp.com.
