It appears Randy can't know if they are making a profit because he doesn't know how much Arif will pay himself.

There is another question.

Is the CEO salary set prior to the year? Are stock options set by the board of directors or the CEO. Who is on the board of directors? (The only person I have ever seen mentioned was the previous owner of the Delaware office, I wonder what his opinion is.)
