Ouch. It occurs to me that if there's bad news floating around out there we may never actually hear it. And that's probably a good thing. This isn't going like the Nasdaq de-listing, where the whole world knew what was going on. If WAVX failed to close some deal, the only ones who will know for sure are the insiders -- there's not going to be a press release about it.

Still, I have to wonder if this isn't pure jitters.
