Jimmy told me that he originally planned to use the preferred for aquisition purposes. With the stock price where it's at, it no longer makes sense to utilize stock in that matter. The meeting will be delayed so that the shareholders can have more time to fit it in their schedule. None of us are happy with the current situation, unless you believe this is a chance to buy in at ridiculous levels. If you still believe in this company, it is. I do so I will. Good luck to all Kevin
