According to Cherryl (who works in PR / investment relations) for DGIV: This "letter that some received" was written many months ago when the company thought it may need to issue additional shares. She claims that they do not have plans to do that now. IMO, some investors are over-reacting about this. Jimmy Chin will be communicating by e-mail newsletter to investors very soon. I of course emphasized that SOONER rather than later would be the best option. There is the possibility that large strategic investors may come on board soon. ****Many of us that are still on board are being tested. I am choosing to hold my shares and awaiting news from DGIV. IMO, DGIV is significantly undervalued at today's closing price. We'll know if I'm right soon enough. Have a good evening everyone. -Scott
