Has it been established that there was a judgement in favor of AZNT? There was only the hollow claims made by the dearly departed, so any facts surrounding any judgement would surely be news here, were it to come from any source other than the undocumented reports from team BMart.

i can clarify for you! it was not a trial on 11 sept, it was hearing for restraining order. wednsay is the injunction . it is the due-date for the 4.480,000 shares. if not delivered they are in contempt of court. fines and sanctions are next for each of the parties.
