Seems unlikely, since that conference didn't look like it was set up to be a place to do a company presentation. SS was a panelist in a discussion -- how much harm could a poor showing do in such a setting? Unless he made some big announcement, this would mean that people are selling because they don't like his manner of speech. (Of course, anything's possible.) Also -- the heaviest volume was more or less at the open -- and the conference was on the West Coast. My guess is that some deal didn't happen or is being delayed and that the insiders in the other company bailed out first thing this morning -- and the market took in that information and bailed out along with it.
