Thanks fellows for your responses. Didn't I read, a short time back that Frank was going to buy some stock to prove his belief in the company. If so, what happened to that commitment? Folks, when I read in the annual report the long Monolog on how stiff the competition is in Ftel's business, I cringed a little and feel the handwriting is on the wall. This appeared as a way of setting us up for a fall and laying the ground to blame something else besides management. Then of course there is the totally lopsided conversion and the listing of small acquisitions. I still say that something just doesn't look right here. Hope I am wrong. of course the price is so low now, that I can't loose much more. I can't help but think that a stockholder's suit might be in the wings. Appreciate comments. Thinks.
