Cistron shareholders,

The Bluestone Capital contract originally set for just six months and then extended another six months is due to expire on this Wednesday, Sept. 30.

Actually the Bluestone contract was initially started on Sept. 5, 1997 so the financial advisor contract is really nearing 13 months.

13 months! WOW. Bluestone Capital is probably very happy that this long ordeal is finally over. The definitive deal with PMC if executed on or before October 1...will bring closure to the Bluestone deal and they can finally start to give Cistron some stock support.
