Rock...My understanding is, they have until the 30th to come up with the shares. They have a hearing on the 30th and the court will find out if they, the one's mentioned in the lawsuit or order, was able to fulfill the COURT ORDERS. If they don't fulfill the court orders......WHO KNOWS WHAT THE FEDERAL COURT WILL DO. Bottom line I believe is, they still have to "return/cover" the shares they sold. As always....I could be wrong....but I am most of the time RIGHT!
