Bill, I have been out of touch for a while and just read on the thread that your father passed on. My mother died 15 years ago and I know from experience that their spirit will always be with you. The biggest drag is that you can't just pick up the phone and chat with them but somewhere within the universe, you will sense their existence. I recommend that you read a book that I read when my mother died. The name of the book is "Surviving The Loss of a Love". You will go through many stages of loss - all of them necessary and all of them OK. It will help you through in a gentle way as you move on. Love goes to you and your family my friend........Norms
