Hey Pete!!!

Then Mr. Kight lowered the company's revenue forecast and on Aug. 12, the stock plummeted.

"You can't help but feel like you let people down," he says. "It's a short-run problem, but that doesn't make it any less painful.

I've been knocked down hard 4 times in Life at the ripe ole age of 42, don't matter.....what ultimately matters is if you get back up, because every time you do.....you much stronger and harder for competitors to overcome. Because the man with the dream and desire always beats the one with a silver spoon in his mouth.

Because like you said, "This pales in comparison to those tougher days," he says. Now, he says, "We own our own destiny." Guy after my own heart you are.....If you ever want to get into E-Bill with Blue Cross & Blue Shield I might have an in for you here in Michigan, with Michigan Blue Cross & Blue Shield.....one business I own but not control writes software for Blue Cross's Agents here in Michigan for Rating Insurance. Blues Is Big, Let's drive it. I also have an In with the Independant Agents Association here in Michigan as they Market our Software in conjunction with the Blues on our behalf. I'm really sorry I missed the Florida Trip....

** TransPoint's Banc One Deal Dicey

Integrion Financial Networks LLC, the IBM-banks-Visa USA-owned organization, says that its Interactive Financial Services (IFS) transaction processing platform should be able to connect to CheckFree's processing engine in Q4 and accept CheckFree e-bills. As for connecting to TransPoint, Integrion hopes that will happen sometime early next year. Integrion says connecting to TransPoint is part of its current discussions with TransPoint. Integrion's got no choice because its member banks have made it clear that if IFS has to be a viable platform and aggregate bills, it's got to accept e-bills from multiple publishers including TransPoint. As for TransPoint, it's got no choice either but to work with Integrion if it wants to present its bills through banks using Integrion's IFS platform.
