j_b,

First of all let me say that it's a pleasure to respond to a calm, reasonable post(for a change:o)

The point I was making is that forcing Pres. Clinton out will have a far-reaching effect.......voters have a long memory......therefore we could end up with extremists for yrs to come.

I've expressed my opinion more than once, that if it is proven beyond a doubt that the Pres. committed perjury, I'll concede he should go.......his lawyers & others have argued that he did not break the law. I'm waiting to see the evidence laid out indisputably before convicting him. My reason for being so cautious is the fact that his enemies are salivating at the prospect of taking over both the White House & Congress and thereby pushing through their ultimate objective - reversing the abortion law.
