Stephen, more than likely, the recent price action is more related to the fact that 10/1 is approaching, and the street is discounting the stock now, for any large purchase they may make. In essence, it is just the uncertainty that the street does not not like. Once they purchase ASND, and the spinmeisters go to work, the stock will roar back as the investment community realizes that they are a credible competitor to CSCO, and probably the best positioned company to go after the carrier market. OTOH, if they make a purchase like COMS or NN, the stock will probably go straight to 30 :) Gary
