spider,

this is very interesting, however, I do need to ask you for a couple of clarifications.

<<<Among the Orders entered by the Court to shut down this fraudulent operation are: (1) a Temporary Restraining Order to halt the securities sales and freeze the defendants' assets and (2) an Order appointing a Receiver to immediately secure the offices and assets of the corporate defendants. The SEC is also seeking in this lawsuit preliminary and permanent injunctions from future violations of Sections 5(a), 5(c) and 17(a) of the Securities Act of 1933 ("Securities Act"), and Sections 10(b) and 15(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 ("Exchange Act") and Rule 10b-5 thereunder, disgorgement of ill-gotten profits and money penalties.>>>

What is the source of this info ... specifically who is it referencing ... when is it dated?

BTW, you are not related to my old friend Tarantula Tejerena, are you?

Hogger, RAdm

Really?

Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. (OTC BB: AZNT -
news) today announced that the Company has filed suit in the United Stated Federal Court, Case
Number CVS9801247LDG (RLH), for the return of 4,480,000 free trading shares.

biz.yahoo.com

Nowhere in any of the (possibly) relevant press releases is it stated that the SEC is a party to any suit brought by AZNT, or that the SEC itself is bringing suit against any of the companies AZNT is going after. Let's not forget: when the SEC moves, it announces the fact on its website, under Enforcement Actions.

Now we DO know that AZNT would LIKE for the SEC to do something. If it's actually done so, it's news to me. Care to cite a source, Spidy?

Apparently not.

Oh yes: when you spoke to Veber this morning, did he say that Monsanto was interested in any AZNT products?

Call the fire department. More flaming trousers on the AZNT thread.
