I went into emerging (submerging) markets too soon. On those individual issues -- I am down considerably more than 15%, but playing the downside has helped out some, but we'll have to see what the next few weeks bring. Better to be mostly cash. Preservation of capital is important right now, IMO. Good to sit out for a while when you've had to take a loss. No shame in that. Draw your interest and regroup. Take care, Tippet
