Rocketman, as you are complementing Mr. D on his honesty, I would like to express my feelings as well. Yourself and Mr.D have both done us all a great service by being honest and forthcoming throughout the entire time I have been following this thread. Your early morning posts were and are thoughtful and displayed the fullness of life for which, I feel, you must enjoy. Enjoy life and be patient for I belief that your endevours here will bear fruit in near future.

Thanks to you and Mr.D, and please stay in touch, because we are all still family here.

Bill C

Greetingsn RM and all. Just came up for air from Hurricane Georges in Pensacola. Got really wet (and a little scary) here for a couple of days but it looks like things are starting to improve. I know I haven't posted in awhile: Been busy moving from Hawaii. Starting to reconsider that move at this point as I watch my garage fill with water. No real damage though.

Kicked off today by checking on the weather channel and buying another 10K shares at $1. The weather lady was wearing red and that is my lucky color. Looked like a good buy for most of the day.......

Before I get into DGIV I wanted to thank all who were giving "Street" advice. I was lurking and trying to make a shopping list before going to Home Depot. For future reference: Taping windows is not really going to help you//especially if you have double pained windows. Plywood or shutters is the real solution to flying glass. Also, cracking a window in case of a tornado is more of a wives tale than a scientific procedure.... It will only keep you awake by making you wet. Lastly, I watched at Sears and Home Depot as lines of people bought generators at $500 a pop. What is really up with that? I asked a salesperson why someone would need a generator. Can we expect power to be off for weeks? "No," she replied. "Maybe a day. They all want to ensure that the air conditioner keeps going." Can you believe that? $500 bucks to be cool for one day? I have known some hardships/physical discomforts in my life, but this cracks me up. Maybe my wife and daughter are regretting that their daddy is so hard.

I hear all the flap about the letter discussing the authorization of new shares. Is this really new? Didn't Byron bring this up a while back? When discussed about six weeks ago, it looked like a potential for making room for future splits. Sounded positive to me. What am I missing here with the new info? How are the new shares different than the type that could be used to issue future splits. If you are a basher, don't bother replying. I'm not interested.

TIA/Sloth
