Bandwidth and Prices

See link for bandwidth trends (makes a lot of sense and plays into Ampex's sweet spot):

zdnet.com

Also, price action is interesting. Low and erratic volume and much flatline (bid and ask the same) ... very different from the recent past.

Read somewhere the past week that the first rally after a big decline is noticed by very few. Most observers simply do not believe or even notice it. The second rally then gets the attention of a few others. By the time of the third rally, everyone takes notice and then it is too late.

Also have picked up footnotes from Forbes and others that technoland, especially Silicon Valley, is getting a touch of the effects of the Asian Flu. There should be more opportunities at reasonable prices ready for a financial Rx.

It would be a real kick to see them having a coming out party with a proprietary full motion video technology fully realized wrapped around the standard mpeg players already on the desktop.

<< I don't think they are likely to buy streaming video technology.>>

I agree Jubimer ..that was just a rumor linked to a deal with AOL rumor. I think the source was just speculating rather than having pump and dump intentions.

Yeah that would be a kick. It seems part of their " vision " ( if they have one). Perhaps someday we will find there is more there than meets the eye.
