I use schwab software and the net. I have access to a "special team" 888# that you can call at anytime and they say they will place trades on your behalf at the lower net prices if their servers are down.... Check it out! MileHigh They call their team "special" but they are just there to support in case of emerg's and need for intraday trading balances...
