Jack, this is what we are looking for. Improvement in DVG sales.

"September 28, 1998

We are pleased to announce that our annual audit has been completed for the fiscal year ended June 30, 1998. The 10-K annual report will be available on the SEC's Edgar site (SEC.GOV), or in printed form by request. To request a printed form of the 10-K, please contact Helen West at (805) 373-8688.

The results for the quarter ended June 30, 1998 are an improvement from the previous quarter. Sales for the quarter ended up at $524,000, or a 61% increase from the previous quarter. Much of the increase was due to Tempest DVG sales. The net loss for the quarter was $1,267,000, or 10% less than the previous quarter. The year ended up with sales of $1,377,000 and a net loss of $4,507,000.

Franklin Telecom's subsidiary FNet Corp. has been progressing on schedule with Sutro & Co., Inc. in its efforts to raise capital through a private placement.

Franklin Telecom recently engaged Sutro to raise growth capital for FNet, an emerging international carrier that is deploying IP telephony packet-switched telecommunications networks in countries worldwide.

Thank you for taking the time to read about our Company."

Jack,

If the ad I heard was not for Fnet, I would say that they have a real lawsuit to pursue. I'm also almost certain that the 800 number given was the same one Ftel uses, or at least the three digit prefix was the same.

What other company can you think of, that would offer the same services Fnet is offering ( international long distance ), and a name that is so similar, you cannot discern the difference.

I'm fairly sure some employees of Ftel read my post's on this board, perhaps they will comment publicly on the ad. Again, if that ad was not Fnet's, they indeed have a huge legal issue with the company who presented it.

Best Regards,

Tom

Jack and Tom,

I called WFAN in New York and had them pull the log for yesterday afternoon. Tom heard an ad but it was for SNET Long Distance whoever that is.

Sure sounded nice though. Keep dreaming - we'll be there soon enough.

Pat
