Also I recommend listening to the conference call. The only problem with them is that unless you listen to them regularly you can get the wrong impression. A real key is how management sounds relative to how they have sounded in the past. Thus if the management is upbeat and optimistic, but in the past they were REALLY upbeat and REALLY optimistic, the analysts may take what they say as negative. I haven't listened to any MU calls in a couple years, but I will probably listen to this one late tonight. Th problem with the 10K is that by the time the 10K comes out, it will be already priced into the stock. Still worth studying though. Carl
