Sir, Vince: Ill bet they have a provision for pfrd. that will kick back the common into pfrd at say 3 to 1 and that will put the shares at the current price, allow them to do the deal and the stockholders will eat dust. HMMMMMMMorh,,,,mmmmm sounds like some other firm I know of. Fat cats stay Fat as they know where to find the best and largest "FISH"..... Think about that.
