Today's rally attempt fizzled. I am feeling bad I am not more in cash at this point. Dell's trend is up for now. Technicals: RSI is toping , but there is no divergence between the price and RSI -Good sign. Stochastics at 87.221: Overbought condition, but no buy or sell signals generated. Both LT and ST trend are up. ST is overbought, but RSI and Stochastics did not generate sell signals. MACD trading above signal line. S&P futures are slightly up. For lack of anything better ( unless there is some news to influence the stock movement like interest rate change) I look at the technicals. Technicals don't always work. But they look good for now, so far DELL is concerned. Market dynamics and External factors ( product announcement, Earnings etc) tend to influence or prove the technicals wrong. JPR
