Greater the cut, bigger the problem...

I have a different view: The bigger the drop in itnerest rate, the graver the danger! No, the market is wishing for a Goldilocks amount, not too cold and not too hot, just right.

Rob, if the drop were 3/4 that would signal that Fed is in full panic mode. It would mean Fed sees huge deflationary trend (read: Depression) coming. Look at Japan, interest rates now .5 %, and still not enough liquidity! I wish there were a 3/4 drop, that would make all my AMZN puts good <g>.
