Dennis, if the MTK report is true, those units made it out just in time for the end of the quarter. It would mean that there are basically no G3 back-orders, which is pretty huge. The PB info is good news too. Meanwhile, that's one more piece of info supporting the high end of estimated iMac sales.

Looks like Apple now has a lot of leeway in what it reports for eps. Seems that the current regime likes big upside surprises, so that's probably what we'll get. Apple's financial results seem to help sales--very self-fulfilling in a way.

Btw, nice post Phil. These guys do cover a lot of companies. I think the ones we see quoted the most, like GKM and First Boston are the ones who are paying the most attention. And they have the highest (most accurate so far) estimates.
