NEW YORK, Aug. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Global Intellicom, Inc., (Nasdaq: GBIT) announced today that it has signed a contract with a significant U.S. Government reseller for the sale of 900 PC workstations in support of an existing ID/IQ contract. The total value for the support contract is $2,165,000.
The program pursuant to which the contract is granted provides dedicated multi-processor client/server networks to facilitate direct secure communication between military installations. The system is currently being offered to the Department of Defense customers worldwide. Global Intellicom, Inc. will be providing Pentium-based PC Workstations and system integration services in support of this contract.
