Yes, there seems to be a substantial short position on the stock in terms of daily volume. This should add fuel to any rapid spike on news.

I plan on contacting DISK IR about the exact opening date of the new warehouse. I'll also try to find out how they are doing in terms of lining up e-commerce customers. Ditto on the law suit, but I think this stock will rise as the company gets increased income due to exclusive DVD sales. I'm fairly confident now that DVD revenue will more than compensate for laserdisc sales drop-off by the end of this year. The signs of DVD ramp-up are very obvious now.

Being patient and accumulating in 3-4 range. The general market is lousy so it pays to wait for particularly heinous days to buy DISK. I'm glad they got Silence of Lambs under exclusive distribution since I definitely plan on buying that as part of my DVD library.
