Will AMD will be forced to pay $35 a pop for MS support to its customer who need to patch win95? since AMD knew about the problem but shipped that suckers anyway.

Microsoft has already acknowledged it was a problem with a software timing loop. They have created a patch and are offering it to customers. End of story.
