Can someone explain how both AVIA and POKR/IMP can claim buying Cruise Society? If their one in the same, why is the merger not final?

Roy....2 of the 7 casinos that Casino Airlink utilizes sustained damage that may take a month before they are reopened. That's just a rough estimate. CAI lost about 1 1/2 weeks of revenues due to the storm. Looks like October may be a flat month in terms of profits as a result. From what I've heard, things could have been worse. Despite the weakening share value, the AVIA/POKR Company continues to strengthen in terms of assets, gross revenues, profits. Both stocks are grossly undervalued IMO.
