Hi, Jim. Yes, the sell indication on CDWC came from Active-Investor.com. They have instigated many profitable ideas for me as of late. My experience with TA has been that it is the only reliable method that has worked for me. I got tired of getting burned by wirehouse research that was being peddled to me and began looking for a better way. The first TA research that I thought really made sense was Point & Figure charting, which I get courtesy of Dorsey Wright. I love their service and use it extensively. In response to your question, I think TA has elements of both art and science. The reason that it isn't completely scientific is that it isn't 100% accurate. The advantage is that by increasing your odds of profitable trades to 80-90% or more, you greatly increase your chances for successful investing/trading. Everyone has their favorite TA discipline, but I've found that when you combine it with other systems and resources, it can become even more effective for you. That's why I usually ask for other opinions on the threads where I post. Adding in some reliable fundamental analysis can also save you from getting into overpriced situations, like a biotech company with no revenues and a billion dollar market cap. In response to your question about price objectives, Active-Investor.com does not make price projections. They screen and identify profitable trades for me and let me decide my exit strategy. I'm comfortable with that, since everyone has different targets for their trades. Dorsey Wright does often calculate what is know as a Price Objective based on a horizontal count on their charts. I have found both services, and others, to be good for stocks and options trading. Look forward to hearing about your progress. Feel free to send a private message to me if you want to discuss in more detail. Regards, JS
