Yeah Miyazawa, that's it. Blame the speculators and short-sellers for causing emerging markets to tank. I didn't hear anyone complaining and talking about restrictions as these markets went up hundreds or thousands of percent. Nobody was manipulating anything then, the manipulation only occurs from the evil shorters. Let's just get on with this crash so I can buy some YHOO at 20-25 and tuck it away for 15 years.
