Is this an interesting termination provision due to your specific knowledge regarding termination statements in general, or is it because--as always--you are Zulu picky? You know what, Jon? I find equally as interesting the disclaimer language relative to qualifying what may or may not happen in regards to forward-looking statements. Such clauses, of course, are frequently found at the end of most press releases. Would this be a prudent document were not to include a termination provision? Of course not.
