About the OEM deals...

I would just like to point out that Dell is the first actual OEM announcement for TNT and TNT shipped before Banshee. Nvidia is obviously also waiting on Compaq and Gateway. So for those that feel we missed the boat, the ship hasn't left port yet. Talk to me in a month though.

P.S. Hows about an SLI reference board with two Banshees using the unified memory arch. with 16 MB SGRAM each having one integrated TMU so both could be used independently for dual texturing. No new silicon but plenty of new sales. Possible? I don't know but I hope it's this kind of thinking that goes into the Banshee design before it hits the street. (These ideas are so good I should start charging 3dfx! He, he. :-) )
