Sounds to me like Dave is "practicing law without a license." If he would like to be admitted to the bar, I would suggest that he cool the pontificating.

The simple truth is that when big firms such as Nortel and the other licensees cough up the bucks for licensing, they investigate those patents just like Gregg's firm, and probably more extensively. I find it hard to believe, when you look at the licensee list, that Qcom's patents are not virtually bullet proof.
