I would think someone with a masters from Harvard could find a better job than hyping pennies. zonkie......

The SEC knows why the 10-K is not submitted. They are being held hostage by illegal shorts. Illegal shorts are holding the company's auditors (whose name has never been mentioned, oddly enough) hostage? How interesting. The last excuse was that AZNT and the SEC were "working together" to resolve a dispute about a claim of "intellectual property" to which, I'm told, the company wants to attach a REALLY absurd asset value. In any case, the company is delinquent in filing its financials.
