This is a tired debate.

Re: ERICY desiring a system of "low" royalties (royalties it is implied ERICY would pay) and the offer to trade patents.

Re-read your own "white paper again. A little more carefully this time. It's toward the bottom, so be sure to read the whole thing.

After you read it again, ask yourself if that sounds as if ERICY is in a strong negotiating position IPR-wise.
