You can not expect people to get excited about boring stock plays which is what COST is, if people did get excited about it, it wouldn't be undervalued.

On another topic, did you see the filing for Altair for registration of its stock option plan of 2 million shares? I beleive that it represents 1/6 of the float...

Bill, I think part of the statement is true on two regards. People generally always pull for the underdog, and every investor would love to find the next Microsoft, Dell, etc.....Others are just ignorant.
