In many cases they already have and it's not the events of the past few months or even years that have brought this about. How can a small business prosper when you have ridiculous 12 - 15% social security taxes and obscene land taxes, myriads of red tape and regulation, and a plethora of strings attached to so-called subsidies mainly collected by tax-write-off shysters?
