No steve, it is by far and away not the lowest valuation of any profitable growing enterprise software company.

I know of growing profitable enterprise software company trading below tangible book value.

I would argue that currently vntv isn't a takeover target. Options were repriced at around $13 which suggests a takeover above that.

That's all well and good, but M&A transactions are rarely for much more than a 50% premium over current stock price, so I'd doubt the company is for sale.

With continued high rates of turnover at both rank and file levels and in senior management, i think it's worth it to wait it out until we have evidence that the bleeding has subsided. Even with an in-line with reduced expectations quarter, the street may not care much.
